• One (1) Pet One Adult Dog Food 1.4kg or One (1) Pet One Puppy Dog Food 1.4kg is equivalent to One (1) Php 500 off MICI PET INSURANCE VOUCHER only.
• To claim the e-voucher, you must submit a response through Google Form by scanning the QR Code on the sticker attached to the item or through URL link at https://forms.gle/5kZyWDQRKzCD6vwB6 to validate your purchase.
• You must fill out your name, email address, contact number, date of purchase, which Robinson’s Branch you purchased the item with e-voucher sticker, and upload a clear photo of the Robinsons Supermarket Receipt as proof that you purchased the item to claim the e-voucher.
• Once the form is submitted, your purchase will be validated by Pet One and Metropolitan Insurance’s Customer Service. If your purchase is valid, an e-voucher code will be sent to you via email together with the instructions on how to claim the e-voucher.
• The e-voucher is valid until 1 year from the date of issuance, and can be redeemed through MICI website at www.miciph.com

• This voucher is transferable but non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only
• This voucher is not valid during sale or in conjunction with any special promotion
• Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed
• MICI retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable
• We are not responsible if a voucher is lost, stolen, and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances
• This voucher cannot be redeemed in order to purchase another insurance voucher of MICI products
